Mail ballots returned (drop box plus USPS) and ballots cast at early vote centers, from the Board's three daily ballot-received reports. Updated Oct 29, 11:59 PM ET; retrieved Oct 30, 7:29 PM ET.
- DC reports three separate counts, each through 10/29: ballots received at drop boxes (reported by ward, from 10/13), ballots received by USPS (from 10/08, no ward breakdown), and ballots cast at early vote centers (from 10/26). Early vote centers are open 10/26 to 11/1.
- Mail ballots returned is the drop box count (32,998) plus the USPS count (31,581), added by us. The Board does not publish a single mail total or a count of mail ballots requested.
- DC is one jurisdiction, so there are no county figures. The Board publishes drop box counts by ward and early vote center counts by site; those are not loaded here.
- DC does not publish these counts by party registration.
