- The as-of time is the stamp printed in the Department's file (Eastern time); the file is refreshed daily.
- mail_requested is applications approved, not ballots sent.
- Party figures are mail ballots returned, by party of registration (Democratic, Republican, Other as grouped by the Department); they are not how anyone voted. The Department also splits approved applications by party, which is not shown here.
- Counties record transactions in batches, so single-day county changes can be large.
